For schools under municipal and state sponsorship (this is the case for us as a municipal community elementary school), a data protection officer responsible for all schools in the school district is appointed by the responsible school authority. The school authority for the Borken district is responsible for us. Mr. Tim Bittorf and Ms. Ira Waltermann have been appointed as data protection officers by the school authority.
